Clients combine whichever ones the work needs.
System design reviews, target architectures and the decisions in between: build or buy, monolith or services, which cloud, which protocol. Clients receive written recommendations their teams can act on, with the reasoning behind each one.
Connected products from the device up: provisioning, telemetry pipelines, OTA updates, fleet management and the dashboards on top. This is the layer where hardware and software teams most often talk past each other, and where Mindworks does its best work.
When a project needs code more than advice, Mindworks builds it: backend services, APIs, integrations and the infrastructure they run on, delivered with tests, documentation and a codebase the client team can own.
Keeping production fast, stable and observable. Mindworks manages servers and cloud infrastructure, configures CDNs and traffic routing, and sets up monitoring and alerting so issues are caught before customers notice. Available as a one-off hardening project or as ongoing support.
Engineering leadership while a company hires, reorganises or recovers a delivery that has slipped. That covers running the team day to day, introducing processes that fit its size, and a clean handover once a permanent lead is in place.
Before a client commits to a platform, vendor or tool, Mindworks trials it against their real constraints, reports the findings and, if it holds up, leads the rollout. Problems surface in week one rather than month six.

of industrial routers tracked and managed
A manufacturer of industrial 4G routers needed visibility and control over devices deployed in the field. Mindworks designed and implemented the platform that tracks and manages that router fleet, and continues to maintain and operate it.
Tracking and management for small home appliances: connecting the devices, collecting their state, and giving operators control of the fleet.
Managing CDN servers and the infrastructure around them, including provisioning, traffic management, monitoring and metrics, so content is delivered quickly and reliably.

Mindworks Technology Ltd was founded in April 2021 to give technology companies direct access to senior engineering across software development, connectivity, device management and DevOps.
Its clients build products where software meets hardware: industrial networking equipment, connected home appliances, and the platforms and infrastructure behind them. Engagements range from a few days of architectural advice to long-running platform delivery and operations.
